1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the SafeGuard Haşere İlaçlama website or using our pest control services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional pest control, extermination, and pest management services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and may be modified based on pest type, severity, and property conditions. Service estimates are provided after inspection and must be approved by the property owner or authorised representative.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Service appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone at +90 (555) 678 90 12, or by email. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Warranty

Our standard pest control services are covered by a 6-month re-application guarantee. If the same pest issue returns within six months of our service, we will re-apply at no additional charge. Termite services include a 12-month warranty with quarterly monitoring. This guarantee does not cover new infestations of different pest species or issues caused by unresolved structural conditions (e.g., open entry points the client declined to seal).

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure effective pest management, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, conditions beyond our control (e.g., neighbouring properties with untreated infestations), or issues unrelated to the service performed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SafeGuard Haşere İlaçlama and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
